Geographical Labor Mobility Definition

Local politicians and planners don’t seem to accept that population decline could be an unavoidable process, widespread to many European areas, however manifesting strongly in Lithuania. As the population of the entire country is declining, attracting new residents to one declining space would imply extra decline in other areas. As in different European countries, the present investments into declining regions (e.g., in transport infrastructure and college renovation) are pricey and ineffective.
